It’s a good muscle relaxant useful for rheumatic pains, sprains, strains, spasms, swollen joints and painful muscles. It soothes the digestive system, relieves cramps and indigestion. It has a warming action and is beneficial for cold, sinusitis and bronchitis. As a general relaxant it is used for headache, and for treating delayed, painful or scanty monthly periods as well as menstrual cramps.
